Hi my friend, this is Jesus from Easy Way rent a car, First at all we don´t take your money from your account, and you know that. We just charge you the expenses you caused because you did not respect the agreement you hade with us. You remember you hade a problem with the car and we told you and you agree, wait there while we send you another vehicle but you did not wait there and you got the key of the car, so we sent a mechanic to the place whre you should wait for us and we need to pay that service $2000 pesos, we need to use a crane to move the car $2800.00 pesos. if you have wait at the place as we agreed there wasa not any charge. As I told you we have 25 years on businnes and we try very hard every day to improve our service,and we try to have happy clients but some times we need to proceeding according the situation. Hi All,

I just would like to warn you about Easy Way Rent a Car which stolen my money.

I rented a car in Easy Way Rent a Car (www.easywayrentacar.com) in Mexico.

They looked very professional so I trusted them, signed the contract and I gave them my credit details as they required.

After all I got a car so everything looked very official but when I give them back the car and returned to my country they clean up my account and took all my money.

I was emailing them and ringing but every time when they heard my voice they hang up the phone.

I believe that I never get my money back but I decided to warn people to prevent of such fraud by Easy Way Rent a Car in the future.

At now I have entrusted this case to the police so hope they will find the way to punish the criminals who prey on our money.
